Zombie

In the game mode ‘Zombies’, the survivors have to prove themselves against a constantly growing horde of zombies. Survivors wear red waistcoats, zombies green.
The important thing here is that anyone who has lost all their lives becomes infected and another part of the zombie group.
The game ends when the time limit is reached, all survivors have been infected or the zombies have been eliminated.

The survivors initially have 55 lives. You have to phaser them 2 times to deactivate them, and accordingly the lives are deducted only then. For each hit taken, 1 life is deducted. If a survivor is hit by a missile, he immediately loses all his lives and is infected.
Once a player is infected, it takes exactly one minute for him to change teams and join the zombies. During this time, however, he can continue to play normally. After 30 seconds have passed, the survivor is shown by green LEDs in his waistcoat and on his phaser that he is infected. Each survivor has the possibility to use so-called remedies. Each survivor is initially equipped with a cure, which he can use in the infection phase by holding down the special button for 2 seconds to regain 50 lives. In addition, such remedies can be picked up at the targets hidden in the arena. Important: Each player can carry a maximum of 2 remedies at the same time, and only one player can pick up a remedy from the targets every 1:15 minutes.

Extras

The zombies have 50 lives at the beginning and no possibility to regenerate them. Each time a zombie is hit, it loses one life. If it is hit by a missile, it loses 10 lives. If all lives are used up, the player must leave this round. Zombies also become invisible after 5 seconds, which means that the lights on their waistcoats turn off, making them harder to spot. From invisibility, they can still fire phasers or missiles normally at any time, which will reactivate the lights on the waistcoat.

Suggested group size: 1 zombie per 7 players.
